You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play at 356ph. This requirement is enforced without exception through KYC identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Underage accounts are permanently suspended.
Each individual may hold only one 356ph account. Creating duplicate accounts — including under different names or contact details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
All 356ph bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of offer. Bonus funds must complete the stated wagering turnover before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completion forfeits the bonus.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same identity as your 356ph account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, regardless of the payment method used.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, fraudulent chargebacks, and money laundering are all strictly prohibited. 356ph reserves the right to void bets, withhold funds, and report activity to relevant authorities where warranted.
356ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 356ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("User," "Player," "you") who accesses, registers, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses the 356ph website and its associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bingo, rummy, and any promotional or loyalty programs.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English text, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 Registration

You are required to provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, an active email address, and your date of birth. All information must be accurate and kept up to date.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one 356ph account at any given time. If you have forgotten your login credentials, you must use the account recovery process — do not create a new account. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts associated with the individual, along with the forfeiture of any funds held therein.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
Before any withdrawal is processed and, in certain circumstances, before deposits are accepted, 356ph requires completion of KYC identity verification. You will be required to submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted forms of ID include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, LTO Driver's License, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, Voter's ID, and PRC ID. A matching selfie photograph may also be required.
Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by 356ph may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification. 356ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 356ph login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) received via SMS. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted from your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 356ph support immediately via live chat or email.
356ph accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All deposits are processed and held in Philippine Peso (PHP). 356ph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers are beyond our control.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Deposits are typically credited to your 356ph account balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. 356ph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All funds deposited into a 356ph account must originate from a payment method that is legally registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
356ph is not a financial institution. Funds held in your 356ph account balance are not deposits with a bank and do not earn interest. You may not use your 356ph account for any purpose other than gaming activity on the platform.
Withdrawals from your 356ph account are subject to the following conditions:
356ph reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large withdrawals exceeding account-tier thresholds, or where fraud indicators are present. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if these checks are not completed satisfactorily.
In the event that a withdrawal is returned by the receiving payment provider due to incorrect account details provided by the player, the funds will be credited back to the 356ph account and the player will be required to resubmit the withdrawal with corrected details. 356ph is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect withdrawal information provided by the player.
356ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, which take precedence over the general bonus provisions in this section where there is a conflict.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds must reach the full wagering turnover before they become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawing funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
6.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only and may be restricted by account age, deposit history, geographic location, or other criteria specified in the promotion terms. 356ph reserves the right to decline bonus participation or revoke a bonus at any stage if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion between players on bonus bets, or wagering patterns designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
6.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not been wagered to completion before the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. 356ph is not obliged to provide notice before expiring bonus balances.
Each game category on the 356ph platform — including MT Live, Slots, Sports Betting, Bingo, and Rummy — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All games offered on 356ph use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live human dealers, as applicable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within the game information section of each title. 356ph does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical failure — including disconnection during a live game round, server error, or game software malfunction — 356ph's settlement system will attempt to resolve the round based on the last confirmed game state. If a round cannot be resolved, bets placed on that round will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to the player's account. 356ph's decision on technical dispute resolution is final.
Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player. 356ph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, accepted as a result of a software malfunction, or placed in violation of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 356ph platform:
356ph monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where evidence of a violation is identified, 356ph may, at its sole discretion: void the relevant bets, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold or forfeit the account balance, and report the matter to applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

You may request closure of your 356ph account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure — net of any bonus funds and pending wagering requirements — will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

The 356ph name, logo, and associated branding are registered trademarks.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 356ph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform; or use 356ph branding for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 356ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 356ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
356ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 356ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
356ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the platform at your own risk. The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 356ph implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes SSL encryption on all data transmissions, restricted internal access controls, and regular security reviews.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and gaming regulations. 356ph operates in compliance with applicable gaming regulations and regulatory oversight applicable to online gaming platforms serving Filipino players.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, you should first contact 356ph support to seek an informal resolution. 356ph will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. Class action claims against 356ph are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Where a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
